By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

If you are a takeaway business using DishGo to take orders, our Business Terms also apply. If you are a customer placing orders, our Customer Terms also apply.

2. Using the Site

The Site provides information about DishGo and access to our online ordering platform. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, server, or database
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site by automated means without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications
