For takeaway owners and teams

Online ordering built around your takeaway service

Give regulars a direct way to order from your takeaway. dishGO brings your menu, collection and delivery settings, customer payments and paid-order tickets into one workflow your team can manage during service.

3.5% per successfully paid order. No monthly subscription. Stripe processing fees apply separately. See fees and refund rules. This page is for takeaway owners, not for ordering dinner.

From the first menu edit to the last collection

01

Build the menu customers can actually order

Add categories, dishes, prices, variants and modifier choices. Mark sold-out items unavailable as service changes, so customers choose from the menu you can fulfil. If lunch and evening menus differ, schedule those categories so they only appear when they should.

02

Set when you take online orders

Configure ordering hours and closure dates. Set collection and delivery preparation estimates separately, and choose whether to confirm paid orders automatically or review them yourself. You can also run time-limited promotions on the ordering page.

03

Keep collection and delivery rules clear

Enable collection, delivery or both. For delivery, configure a postcode area or radius, a delivery fee and a minimum order. Customers enter their address so dishGO can check whether it is inside your delivery area.

04

Manage paid orders during service

Customers choose their food and pay through Stripe. Your team receives paid-order tickets in dishGO Business on the web, iPhone or Android, with the order details needed for preparation and fulfilment.

A busy evening, without a second menu to explain

A customer opens your ordering link, chooses collection or delivery, picks their food and options, and pays. Your team works from the paid ticket in dishGO Business. If a dish sells out, update its availability; if you are closed for a day, add a closure. The settings on your ordering page follow the service you can provide.

Bring your customers to your own ordering page

Share your dishGO storefront link from your website, social profiles or printed materials. You can also connect a custom ordering subdomain. dishGO supplies the ordering software; you promote your page and remain responsible for preparing orders and arranging delivery.

That ordering page is your takeaway website for taking paid orders. dishGO is not a brochure-site builder. You can share the link, connect a custom subdomain, and add the same URL to Google Business Profile. See dishGO live on public restaurant ordering pages. Explore the broader dishGO restaurant ordering platform or get the Business app for your team.

Put the same link on Google

When the ordering page is live, add it as a custom link on your Google Business Profile so Search and Maps visitors can reach you directly. We keep a current, cited walkthrough of Google’s Food ordering controls.

How to add an online ordering link to Google Business Profile

What to prepare before you switch on ordering

  • Your menu, prices, options and accurate item and allergen information.
  • The hours you accept online orders, preparation estimates, and your collection or delivery settings.
  • A Stripe account connected to your restaurant for customer payments.
  • A team member or device ready to receive and manage incoming orders.

Start with the services you already offer. A collection-only takeaway can enable collection; a takeaway with its own delivery operation can configure its delivery area. You do not need to offer both.
