dishGO is for independent restaurants that want customers to order collection and delivery from their own page. You pay a platform fee only when an order is successfully paid.

- What is dishGO?
- dishGO is an online ordering platform for independent restaurants. Each restaurant gets its own collection and delivery ordering page so customers order directly, rather than through a marketplace.
- How much does dishGO cost?
- dishGO charges a 3.5% platform fee per successful order. There is no monthly subscription and no long-term contract. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. dishGO does not charge a monthly subscription. You pay the platform fee only when an order is successfully paid.
- Does it support collection and delivery?
- Yes. Restaurants can offer collection, delivery, or both from the same ordering page.
- How do restaurants receive orders?
- Paid orders appear in dishGO Business on the web and in the dishGO Business iOS and Android app, so the kitchen can move tickets from new to preparing to ready.
- How do payments work?
- Customers pay through Stripe Checkout on the restaurant’s ordering page. dishGO deducts the platform fee from each successful order. Stripe processing is charged separately according to Stripe’s pricing for the restaurant’s account.
- Can restaurants use their own domain?
- Yes. A restaurant can point their own subdomain at their dishGO ordering page so customers order on the restaurant’s domain.
- Is there an iOS and Android business app?
- Yes. dishGO Business is available on the App Store and Google Play for managing restaurant orders.
